WHOLE SAUNA OR SEAT
For individuals, couples, families or friend pods. We rent by the seat on a social drop-in basis on listed locations, and also rent the entire sauna to private groups. Times available based on schedule and locations.

DROP-IN PRIVATE HIRE
Flexi daytime and evenings. We take drop-by bookings if we have room in the sauna, and if it is not booked for a private group. Please check our Bookings panel for available times and to get a slot. If looking for something else please call or text +353892661970

Wishing you the best on your health and wellness journey, myself and my wife are two health minded individuals that put the utmost importance upon taking care of the mind, body, and spirit. Both of us being avid sauna users, we realized the lack of quality options outside of the seaside and Dublin areas and henceforth decided to bring a modern, state of the art sauna to the Kildare county region.
Both of us being also deeply rooted in the music scene, you’ll soon see us available at some of your favourite music festivals as well! Whether it is providing services to your special event, stag, hen, or corporate retreat, we will bring all the relaxation of a spa sauna directly to you! We look forward to seeing you soon!
